What it means
Some disabled bays are reserved not just for any Blue Badge holder but for a specific individual with a particular badge or permit (shown on the sign as a permit number, e.g. D123). These are usually bays allocated directly outside the home of a disabled resident. Other Blue Badge holders may not use these bays.
