What it means
E-taxi ranks are designated bays for licensed electric taxis only. Standard diesel or petrol Hackney carriages, private hire vehicles, and all other vehicles may not use these bays. The broad continuous line at the kerb indicates that stopping is prohibited for non-e-taxis.
