What it means
During standard controlled hours, permit holders or anyone paying by phone may park for the maximum stay shown, with a no-return period. On match days, additional controls extend the restriction — permit holders and pay-by-phone customers may still use the bay under the same rules, but all other vehicles must not wait during these periods. Outside all restricted periods the bay is unrestricted.
