No Loading / Loading Restricted

In plain English

No goods loading or unloading during the displayed times — different from a waiting restriction.

What it means

Yellow kerb dashes plus a 'no loading' plate mean you cannot stop to load or unload goods during the times shown. Passenger drop-off is usually still allowed. Two short kerb marks = no loading during specific hours; one continuous kerb mark = no loading at any time. This restriction is in addition to any yellow line waiting restriction.
