What it means
This bay is reserved for vehicles displaying a valid business parking permit during the controlled hours shown on the sign. Outside these times any vehicle may usually park. Business permits are issued by the local authority to businesses operating in the area. Parking without a valid business permit during controlled hours risks a Penalty Charge Notice.
