Only vehicles with the correct resident or business permit can park here during the displayed times.
What it means
This bay is reserved for vehicles displaying a valid parking permit (usually a resident or business permit) that matches the zone shown on the sign. Outside of the displayed times, parking is normally free for anyone unless another sign overrides it. If you don't have a permit, do not park here during the controlled hours, even briefly, or you risk a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
